Pricelist

The farmstead may be rent:

1. All.
   The price depends on the season, the number of persons, booking period, format of the event: 1.200-10.000 Lt.
2. By parts, ensuring the privacy: with seperate indoor and around spaces.
   Contract price.
3. By rooms. 
   Price for one person 50-90 Lt.

Number of holidaymakers:

• during winter: up to 40 persons;
• during the warm season, but not during the summer: up to 70 persons;
• In summer it is possible to accommodate up to 150 persons: 100 in the rooms and additional 50 persons in tents.

Booking conditions

Booking of the farmstead can be made in 3 ways:

- Directly in report with the farmstead owners
- Make farmstead order by internet
- Direct booking

If you wish to book the farmstead for your relaxation or entertainment, You need to call the farmstead owner to discuss booking conditions and date of relaxation. When You and the farmstead owner agree with booking conditions, You have to pay the start-up 50% contribution(or other price that the owner sets).

- Order by internet

If You wish to book the farmstead for your relaxation or entertainment by internet, You will have to fill in the form correctly and send the reservation. When the order is received, the responsible person will contact You. Booking of the farmstead is accomplished in the following cases:

1. If guest of the farmstead (customer) has paid 50% of the total price.
2. If guest of the farmstead (customer) and owner made booking contract. In other cases, the farmstead owner is entitled to terminate the booking. Relaxation day on the arrival date in booked farmstead starts at 03:00 p.m., and on the day of departure it ends at 12:00 a.m. 

IMPORTANT!

Arrival

The day rental period on the arrival date starts at 03:00 p.m. (unless otherwise agreed).
Owner or appointed person welcomes the guests, and introduces the rulebook, fire prevention and safety management regulations, also environmental requirements.

Departure

Rent of the farmstead on the departure date ends at 12:00 a.m. (unless otherwise agreed).
Check:

• if you know what time your departure is scheduled,
• if you did not forget your things, 
• if you paid the account, 
• if you left the keys, 
• if your baggage is placed in specified location. 

Please move by 12:00 a.m. on your departure date. If it is agreed, that you will stay in the farmstead for longer, please take your things out of the bedrooms by 12:00 a.m. The responsible person will indicate a place to put your luggage.
